Office on Terminal Server Menu item removal

I want to remove items such as "Detect and Repair" from the help menu on a
terminal services deployment. First, I removed them and created a OPS file,
but this didn't remove it for all users (Seems OPS does record this change).
Second, I disabled them using the administrative templates, but the users
still can see them which invites multiple helpdesk questions. Any ideas?
Registry edits? Thanks
