Office Pro. 2003

I have purchased Microsoft Office Pro. 2003, I installed it on my computer
(XP OS) and it works well. However I had a problem with Access and I was
going to reinstall it. Every time I started setup, I got an error message
that read, "The patch package could no be opened". I have checked my system
for a Patch Package and could not find one. How can I clear this problem up?
