Office settings are not written to profile?

I work for a little company. A few users, have problems with their Office
settings.
When they log on to a terminal server and configure office settings it is
safed in their profile, but when they log on again the settings are not
loaded in their terminal server session??
Can someone explain why?

Are you using roaming profiles? Terminal server profiles?
Group policies that block certain changes?

This isn't really an Office issue - it's a windows/TS one. I suggest you
post to a more relevant group, and provide more detail as to your setup &
the symptoms. Try microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services.

Thank you for your answer.
Because this only happens to office settings I thought it belongs to office.
I will try this one with the "terminal server" issues!
