Office Settings needed

I Have Office XP Pro, how do I Show the microphone bar, it says go to
tools,language and then click microphone... I See no option for microphone
in the language bar settings under the task bar, where is it?

HI,
you need the language bar.
if you are using win xp, down in the right hand corner by
the clock right click, the go to tool bars then click on
language bar and the tool bar will appear with the Mic
and hand writing and speech tool.
