Office Small Biz 2003 wants to install everytime I open IE & Offic

Whenever I open IE & all Office programs, Windows Installer appears and
begins to try and install Office Small biz 2003. I already have Office
installed and all the programs work after I cancel the installation process
dialogue box. I cannot continue with the install because my CD Rom on my
laptop no longer functions. How can I get this installation window from
continuously popping up when I try opening these programs?

I have Windows XP Home, Office Small Business 2003
