Office SP2 Question and Help

I ran the full version of the sp2 update. All seemed to go well until
the end then a box popped up telling me it could not install.
I did a reboot to safe mode as I was going to try that way. When I
tried to run in safe mode it told me that it was already installed.
I rebooted normal and went to the update site and it told me I was up
to date?
My question did I get a good install or not? How does one tell if it
did install or not? I opened all the app's and in the help/about it
indicates SP2.

Check Add/Remove Programs (with "Show updates" on); if it's in there,
then it should be installed.

Also, if you check Help/About, you should find version 11.6568.6568 SP2

It shows up in the add remove programs OK and all the app's show sp2
so I am assuming it took OK.
I think the problem stems from the fact I had uninstalled Journal
Viewer. I notice in the event viewer I was getting a lot of errors
relating to it. I hacked the registry and removed all items I could
find relating to it, and the errors have now gone away in event
viewer. Hope fully it has solved my problem.
