David F. Sage

I installed Office Standard 2007 on an XP machine and now get the Error

The ‘Help and Support Center’ does not have any information, anyone know how
to correct the problem?

Thank you, David.

I'm getting the same thing as well. The user that is experiencing it cannot forward/reply to emails no can he send new emails. Actually, he cannot even save drafts. I have tried just about everything to cure this issue, but so far to no avail. Outlook will function if I start it in safe mode (Start> Run> Outlook /safe), but this is merely a "band-aid" solution. I would an input on this.

If it functions in Safe Mode that might tend to indicate that one of your
add-ins is causing the problem.
Start by uninstalling any anti virus application that is intergrated with
Outlook
