office Toolbar

I recently upgrade my MS office from Office 2000 to Office 2003, after the
upgrade, I no longer have the Office toolbar on my desktop. I would like to
know, this is because, that Office 2003 dos not have that option, or do I
need to do any configuration to have the toolbar. It was a convenient option
to open the office applications. if anyone have any idea, please let me know.
