Office (upgrade) on a new computer

I have replaced an old computer with a new one. I am
trying to install Office 2000 (upgrade) on the new one.
Evidently there is nothing to update as there was on the
old computer. What are my options/solutions?

Use the CD/diskettes from the old computer program from which you upgraded
to verify your eligibility for the upgrade. If you no longer have the
software, then your upgrade license for Office 2000 is null and void since
any product used to qualify for the upgrade has been included in the
upgraded programs license requirements.
