Office Version? Office 2003 over 2000

When I check the "About Microsoft Word" to determine the version of
Office 2000 I have it just says "Microsoft 2000". I assume that means
I don't have the professional version of Office 2000?

I want to upgrade to Office 2003 Professional. Can I install this over
the version of 2000 that I have, or must I unintall office 2000?

Thanks!

do you have the programs that are in the professional version installed? ie,
access?
