Office XP and Win98SE

I imagine this question has been asked thousands of times but.............is
possible to run OfficeXP (2002) on a machine using Win98SE? Specification
1.6Ghz, 512RAM, 40G drive with 25G free. I've bought and registered OfficeXP
on my laptop which came with WindowsXP Pro but would like to use it also on
my desktop PC with Win98.

Thanx

Thank you. I successfully installed OfficeXP onto my Win98SE machine.

I had to find and download ASYCFILT.DLL beforehand because the installation
halted with this message "Error 25506. Microsoft Office XP requires updates
files not detected on your computer. You must install the System Files
Update prior to installing Office. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ASYCFILT.DLL is version
2.40.4275.1 when we require version 2.40.4277.1."

I was a bit surprised this dll wasn't on the OfficeXP installation CD?!
