Office XP Full Uninstall

I've recently developed a problem with Word XP where if I try to add a
shape, it'll freeze up. I never got the problem before; it sorta
developed spontaneously. So I uninstalled Office XP and reinstalled
it, but still had the problem. However, I noticed that Outlook had
kept all it's previous settings, so clearly some things were not being
removed. In an attempt to completely remove it, I deleted the Office
direcotires out of all my Local Settings folders (All Users, my user
name, etc). I reinstalled. Now, Outlook keeps saying it's missing
"archive.pst" and so on.

So, basically, I really want to a clean install so I can avoid this
problem. Yes, I know the claim that the Office uninstall is very
complete, but the conventional add/remove way seems to not do a heavy
uninstall, which is what I need. How do I do this?
