Office XP Pro/Publisher Setup Error

After experiencing office xp problems in Excel, it was
decided to reinstall the product. Uninstall did not error
out. Upon attempting a reinstall, immediately after
clicking run>setup, a "Windows Installer" dialogue pops up
with the error: "The feature you a trying to use is on a
CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available"
(next line) "Insert the 'VBA (3821b)' disk and click OK'"

We are running Windows 2K SP3

Answer:

Click "cancel" each time the dialogue comes up.
Eventually it will bring up the dialogue for entering the
key and allow you to install Office XP.
