Office XP professional

I am trying to install Office XP Professional on a
computer running Windows 98. Previous installs on Win 98
computers have been ok, but after initial system files are
changed, the computer re-boots, and the set-up stalls out
in the early stages, even before the registration numbers
are asked for. Any ideas?

Hi, Joe,

Without more details, I'd recommend looking at the setup log file. Have you
tried creating a verbose setup log file to see if you can tell what's going
on?
