Office XP Shortcut Bar and Office 2003

So, Microsoft has done away with the shortcut bar from Office XP. That's
fine, because I never used it, but I did use the shortcuts for "new
message", "new appointment", etc. that I would still like to use. Does
anyone know how to recreate these items for Outlook 2003?
