Office2003 setup: coult not find fille :A3561405.cab

When I installed Office 2003 on Windows XP than I became the error
"can not find fille A3561405.cab". The fille has already on the cd
rom. When I was installed on Windows 2000 then setup was succesfully
completed and working fine.
What's happen
