Offline and Online mail

Hello all, the problem that I am having is when a user of
mine works in "offline" mode, she works on some emails,
hits the send button and it waits in the outbox until she
connects like it should. The problem is that the emails
that were typed while offline does not show in the sent
folder after she his the send/receive. The emails are
being sent but the user really wants them to show up in
the online sent folder. Any help anyone could provide
would be greatly appreciated.
