OFT Files

I'm looking for some answers, hopefully someone out there will know.

Is there any way to open an OFT file without using the Outlook program and
still keep the formatting in the Outlokk File Template (.oft) file? Any
third party programs or maybe a word add-in that can be used?

Any input would be very helpful.
