OL 2003: can not remove email folder / account (IMAP)

I have an old folder/account in OL2003 from an imap email account
called
imap.web.de
|-- imap folder
|---imap folder ...

which I can not delete.

I have deleted the account in the email account settings,
but it is not possible to delete the corresponding folder
(like i do not have the necessary user/file rights).

Any idea how to delete these folders?

It is not possible to show its properties, etc.
(scanpst didn't find any errors)
