I'm new to Outlook and am using OL 2003 with XP Pro OS.
I'm trtying to import an Excel 2003 file of names, addresses, telephone
numbers, email addresses, etc into a newly created contacts folder
called Blue Bolts.
When I go thru File/Import and Export/Import from another program or
file/Excel
and select the specific Excel file, I get an error that says the Excel
file has "no named ranges"
I opened the file and tried to make a names range, but am apparently
missing the boat.
Is this the best way to get this list into my Blue Bolts Contacts? If
so, what do I do to make the named ranges? I saved the Excel as a csv
and imported it, but only got the names and no other info.
Thanks for the help, I'm going to have to send out a message to 150
names all about an upcoming reunion.
