OLAP Cube not completing build

I am having an issue with my OLAP cube. It is constantly saying the build
has been initiated but does not reach a currently being built or has been
completed state. I’ve had my Ops Admin check to see if there was any XML
files in the VIEWDROP folder and he says there was none and I’ve also talked
to my database admin to check if any errors were coming up in the database.
He says everything looks clean on his side. However, even though the OLAP
cube does not display a being built state or a completed state it is updating
certain information during the daily updates or the manual updates. Can
anyone shed some light on what may be the problem? I am getting no errors
what so ever but my cube just doesn’t seem to be updating fully or giving any
indication of building.

This typically indicates that the account you are using for OLAP admin in
the COM+ utility has an expired password or has otherwise become disabled.
The lingering message indicates that the cube build has not started. Check
the status of the account and rerun the COM+ tool to establish the identity.

So I had someone look into this for me and unfortunately that doesn't seem to
have any issues with it either. Is there something else that may cause the
OLAP cube not to update correctly?

I actually found a proccedure that worked to get up OLAP cube to update. If
any one should have a problem with theirs my windows admin just restarting
analysis notification services and monitoring com+ component OLAP cube
builder for successful authentication of the COM+ components.

If I could find the link to where I found the information I would post it
but unfortunately I gave the print out to my windows admin. I know it was a
little more involved than that but it least it gives you a place to start if
your cube isn't updating and it is giving you no errors and it is not a
password issue.

I saw that we can download a tool called PSComPlus Utility for Project Server
from Microsoft site
And after running PSComPlus.exe, I could set back to work the COM+

And my XML was created when I kickstart an OLAP cube build
