Old Excel Naming

I get the following error when copying an entire sheet to the same workbook.

A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name "A NAME", which already exist on the destination worksheet. Do you want to use this version of the name?

This error pops up about 10 consecutive times for each name.

This workbook was possibly first created with a version of Excel dating back to the early 90's. I've checked by going Insert > Names > Define but the only names present are the two fields I defined when I took over the spreadsheet. Also, some of the names

Also, some of the names start with "wrn." I'm really stuck on how to stop this message popping up each time a copy this sheet.

you probably have names defines both as global as well as on the sheet
level.

download an addin called Name Manager from Jan Karel Pieterse
from http://www.bmsltd.ie/MVP/Default.htm

and see if there are any names defined as both global and local...
delete (or localize) the global names.. and you should be fine.
