old offline address book

On one computer with Outlook 2003 SP2 in our company, I can't acquire the
actual copy of offline address book. I try delete udetails.oab in user
profile and run tools/send/receive/download address book, but I still have a
different copy then others computers. Outlook is connected to Exchange 2007
and use cached mode.
