OLE error

When I open outlook 2003 I get the following message.
Unable to open your default e-mail folder. An OLE registration error
occurred. The program os not correctly installed. Run setup again for the
program.

I have run setup without any luck. This problem seems to have occurred after
installing office update KB 894384
