ON Beta: How to make it default ON?

I have both the Beta and the 2007 version on my computer.

I am not seeing any ON "Send To" buttons inside Outlook 2007.
How can I default to ON-Beta with keyboard: WINDOWS-SHIFT-N?
Is the screen clipping program the same for both versions or do I need to do
something to default to a new Beta version?
