I am creating two applications and when I checkmark the box "cash & check
card", I would like all the personal information from the first application
to transfer to the 2nd application. Are there any ways to do this?

I assume you mean that you'd like to copy data from a table in one mdb file
to a table in another mdb file. You can do this with an Append query. When
you create an append query, you can select a table in a different mdb.
