one-off forms

I have inadvertently created some one-off forms in a
contacts folder by adding a custom yes/no field to the
folder and ticking it for some contacts. I have corrected
the message class, but the sizes remain high for these
items - presumably the form is still embedded. Is there a
way to unembed the form?
