one resource in two groups

1. I'm gonna have two groups of resources in company: designers and
architects, they will have different duties. One of resources is
designer but
also architect. sometimes he will do tasks assigned to architect
sometimest
to designer. Is it possible?
2. Also I want to make template and assign to tasks groups, and after I
start using this template to make project I want to chose for example
one of
designers to do something.
3. One more question - can I make like subprojects and then add those I
need
to project (depend of type of work I plan to do) ?

Hi,
1. If you are using project server then it is possible to assign 2 skill set
to one resource, however in professional what you can do is make a custom
test field and the value list wirte down option like
a. Designer
b. Architect
c. Designer,Architect.
2. If you want to assign task to a group make use of generic resource. E.g
write down designer in the resource sheet. Double click on the resource and
on the general tab check generic. Now you can assign this generic resoure to
a task.
3. You can have a master project and insert as many sub-projects as you
want. Goto Insert-Project and select the required project.
