OneNote: Ability to create/customize Infinite Note Flag Symbols!

O

Otter

OneNote users should be able to create an infinite Number of Note Flag
Symbols and to be able to customize the Note Flag Symbols currently available
in OneNote 2003. Another suggestion, however still relating to Note Flag
Symbols, would be for the "Initiator" of the "Shared Project Group; e.g.: the
Manager of the Project" to have a choice of ANY or ALL of the following
three choices:
1. Have the newly created and/or customized Note Flag Symbols display to ALL
other members of the "Project Group", or,
2. Have the newly created and/or customized Note Flag Symbols NOT display to
ANY other "Project Group" Member(s), or,
3. Have the newly created and/or customized Note Flag Symbols display ONLY
to SPECIFIC "Project Group" Members - as selected or defined/categorized by
TYPE of "Project Group" Membership. For example, a "Project Group" could
consist of different types of Members (Managers, Researchers, Assistants,
etc...). Thanks for reading. OneNote 2003 is still GREAT BUT can't wait for
the new version!!!

Customized Note Flag Icons will not be part of OneNote 2007, although an
increased number of Flags and Icons will be available in the product.

You could do some type of Icon sharing among a group, as OneNote will
still display and work with a Flag (and its definition/Icon) even if that
Flag isn't defined on your computer. It will still appear in the NFS
Task Pane, and notes flagged with these Flags can still be checked off
and manipulated, etc. as if they were Flags created on your machine.
