OneNote.exe is not a valid Win32 application?

R

Rick

On a brand new HP Pavillion running Windows XP Media
Center Edition, IE6 and Office Professional 2003 I am
unable to install the OneNote.exe installation EXE (80MB)
on my systems. I get a message box telling me that:

\OneNote.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Anyone know why this is happenind? Why would an Office
product have this issue when all the others are running
fine and were installed with no issues?

I am also running SP1 of Office2003 which just came out.

I would appreciate any input. I am not even sure I
should install this program since it may cause issues on
my machine if this is the sort of message i receive with
a simple straightforward install.

Thanks,
Rick
