OneNote Mobile - sync PC to Device

How do I specify that I want a section to be synced from the PC to Device (i
understand I can have one section that can sync in this direction).

At the moment i only have device to PC syncing working.

I didnt get a section automatically created in the "OneNote Mobile" notebook.
In case its relevant - I installed One Note Mobile by copying the .CAB to
the device.
( i couldn tinstall from the PC - it failed daying it could find ActiveSync
.... im using Vista).

If no section is created in ON Mobile Notebook, then how are you seeing
device to PC sync working?
