"In this version" means - in mobile version of final release OneNote 2007 or
only in mobile version of OneNote 2007 beta 2?
There is road map for mobile version of OneNote?

Final release of Office 2007. OneNote Mobile was designed for
smartphones (which don't have handwriting support). Due to customer
demand, MS decided to also provide it on PocketPCs with the Windows
Mobile 5 platform. There are no plans though to add PocketPC specific
functionality (handwriting) to it for 2007.
You can generally expect that once a product hits Beta 2, it is nearly
feature complete. That means, the features in the product will not
change significantly anymore as the focus of the product team in this
stage is to get rid of bugs and deliver a stable and high-performing
product.

Aloha AndyPanda,

Both, actually. If they don't have ink support in by B2 they won't be able
to get it in before RTM -- it's too big a feature.

There are a lot of technical issues around ink support on mobile devices
and they actually got a somewhat late start on writing OneNote Mobile so
they just didn't have the time/resources to do it. I'd expect it in a future
version though.
