Could you post the bucket number? To find out the bucket number, trigger
the error again, then send an error report (I think it's called "check
online for solutions" in Vista). You can then find the bucket number in
the application logs: open up the control panel, click "system and
maintenance", then click "view event logs" at the bottom. Expand the
windows logs, and select application. You can then look for entries from
the error reporting service around the time that you sent in the error
report - one of them will list the bucket number.

I found solutions. The solutions in "Problem Report and Solutions"

Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, and then click Run.
Type regedit.exe, and then click OK. If you are prompted for an
administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide
confirmation.
Double-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Double-click SOFTWARE.
Double-click Microsoft.
Double-click Windows NT.
Double-click CurrentVersion.
Double-click the Drivers32 folder.
Right-click the msacm.voxacm16 file, and then click Rename. Change the file
name to "no.msacm.voxacm16".
