OOUTLOOK 2003 Cache Mode

My company just recently enabled cache mode and while all my other folders
are up to date; my Inbox is empty even though is says that all folders are up
to date. I can see my Inbox when using OWA so I know there are items there.
Any suggestions on how I can see them in my Inbox in OUTLOOK?
Thanks in advance

You could try renaming your ost-file to .old so that the next time Outlook
starts it will recreate the cache.
The best way to go would be to inform your IT-admin about this as well so
they can take a look at this. It could also indicate a more issue with your
mailbox on the server and that they will need to do an integrity check on
their Exchange database.

Thanks for the quick response Roady but unfortunately that didn't work. Turns
out it was a bad profle. Deleted my current profile and once I added my
Exchange Servere, it recreated my profile and everything came up in my Inbox
as it should.
Thanks again...
