open a presentation saved in XPS

oh, my bad. i "published" a presentation as XPS...then wanted to reopen it
in PPT07. "No text converter installed for this file type." I'm missing
something here. Apologies in advance if the answer is in plain sight.

Did you save the actual powerpoint file? (as PPTX or PPT?)

XPS and PDF are in effect One-Way conversions.

You can make hamburger from the cow but not cow from the hamburger.

Thanks Steve -- helpful analogy. As a new Beta user, I got temporarily
confused between "XML-based file format" PPTX and "XML-based print/display
format" XMS.

To Patrick's comment, no foolish me did not save final version in PPT or
PPTX, but of course I can print the XPS version and recreate as needed.
