open *.msg ffiles from Entourage

My one of friend has shared a folder with Some Saved email massages from MS Outlook2007. it is there with *.msg file type. But I can't open it.
Please tell me that how can I open *.msg files from Entourage.
Can we open only Mail body or open with Attachment also ?
please give a best solution

Here are some comments from users on approaches they have tried:

change the .msg extension to .eml and open the message using Entourage I get
a bit of gobbledegook at the top but I can read the message fine.

change the file extension to .doc, open with word, and when asked what
format to convert from, choose html file. presto! all links are viewable

You might try some of these third party options.

Otherwise, have your friend upload the messages to a web account for you to
download.
