Open PPT Link in browser window

When I click on a link to open a Powerpoint Pres. it opens full screen. I
want it to open in a new browser window with the toolbars. I am using XP Pro
and Office 2003. Thank you.

Is the file in .pps (PowerPoint Show)? If so, rename the extension to .ppt.
Alternately, open PowerPoint first, then click File > Open. Then look for
the presentation you want to open.
