We are running windows 2000 servers and clients. Some users have a slow issue
with word 2000. Normally, we setup File Location pointing to a networking
drive. When they click open, it open the network drive right away. However,
when they click narrow down in the Look in, it takes 15 to 20 second to open.
When they open Windows Explorer, they don't have this slow isuue and most
people don't have this issue. any suggestions?
