Running Windows XP and Outlook 2003 (SP3) on a desktop and occasionally when
the user opens an email the contents of the email are not visible until he
highlights the entore field. I cannot find any settings that would cause this
and I do not think it is a setting as 95% of his incoming emails are fine.
The "blank" emails have occurred from emails both inside and outside of our
company. No one else is experiencing this issue
