Opening a file in FrontPage

H

Harry

Loaded Front Page 2002 on my laptop and then copied a web
site I created on my desktop using Frontpage 2003. Use XP
on the desk top and Windows 98 on the laptop.

When I try to open a file on the lap top I get the
following message.

Server error. The server extensions were unable to access
the file. "C:\Windows\Desktop\Cross Creek
Site\_vti_pvt\service lck" Please check the file
permissions.

Any idea what my problem is, thank you.

Copying a web site causes problems. You should publish between machines.

Find and delete the service.lck file
