OPening an attachment from Outlook to Word

When I open a Word attachment in Outlook, it opens Word in Reading Layout.
How can I cange this to always open in Page Layout? Is this a preference in
Outlook or Word?

You should be able to turn this off in Tools > Options > General.
Clear the tick box labelled "Allow starting in Reading Layout".
