Opening assigned tasks user gets error message fields not valid.

I have assigned some tasks to another user on this computer. When she tries
to open the email containing the assigned task, she gets an error message.
Stating "Can't open this item. The property does not exist. The field you
want to
modify is not valid for this type of item"
