Opening, editing and saving Publisher 2003 files in Publisher 2000

Does anyone know if it is possible to open, edit and save a Publisher 2003
file in Publisher 2000.

Each time I try to open the file I get a message saying "Publisher can not
open files from a different version"... Is there a work around??
