Opening MS Access file

I received a MS Access file of .99 MB as an email
attachment, and when I click the paper clip icon, it
displays the title of the attachment, but not in bold
print (it looks faded, as in it's not an option to be
opened). How can I open this file?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> uncheck Do not allow...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
