Opening/Saving Attachments

Can anyone help please?

When I double-click an attachment, I am asked if I would
like to Open or Save the file. Is there any way I can get
it to invoke the SAVE option automatically without asking.

I know I can ask it to OPEN files of that type
automatically without asking, but I can't find an option
to save them automatically.
