Opening spreadsheets in separate window

Hi,

I'm using Excel 2002 and would like to open spreadsheets
in their own separate windows rather than have them tiled
on top of each other in a single window.

I know this worked in previous versions but I can't seem
to find a setting that controls this in version 2002.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Frank,

I tried this but it still only tiles the spreadsheets
eventhough there are now multiple taskbar windows.

What I'm trying to do is have total separate Excel
windows I can resize so that each individual spreadsheet
is maximized.
