when i click on a url in a message in outlook, i'd like it to open in a new page, not in a page already open. is there a way to customize this? thanks for your help.
if you haven't already found an answer to this, it's a setting in internet explorer. click on Tools, Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab, look for, "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" and make sure it's unchecked. click on Apply and OK. Then try it!
