Operation Failed when opening Outlook 2000

I had a power surge due to a thunder storm & I had to re-
install MS Office 2000. Every program works but Outlook.
When I start Outlook, I get an "Operation Failed" with
an "OK" button. When you click the button, it closes
Outlook. Outlook Express works with no problem, and all
my emails are still there, but Outlook just won't let me
in! I used Outlook for work, and desparately need help.
I've search the knowledge base with no luck. Please
help!!!! If someone could post a reply & email me, that
would be great!!!!!!

Try renaming the outcmd.dat file to outcmd.old, to reset yr toolbar. May
help

I got it back up & running. I downloaded & installed the
SP3 for Office 2000. It fixed the problem!
