Operation failed when trying to open a data file (.pst)

When trying to open a copy of my work Outlook datafile on
my home PC (.pst file) the message I get is - The
operation failed. An object could not be found. The
versions of Outlook are both Outlook 2002, my home
Outlook has got sp2.
