I need to find the optimum leave schedule for Personnels. I have a project
with 3 years duration (1096 days) countinueous working. I have total
personnel available 13. Minimum persons to be at site is 9 and maximum
persons 10. I have total personnel available is 13 (ie. additional 4 people
extra for leave rotation). Ideally there leave schedule is to be 90 days
work( can be given leave before 90 days but no matter they are not allowed to
work after 90 days) and 30 days leave(compulsory).
Can anyone suggest me how to plan for optimum rotation of manpower based on,
above, in order to have 13 people, with minimum 9-10 people at site having
90 days working and 30 days leave using MS project or excel?
